Growing Marijuana Plants – Temperature

The temperature in the grow room has to be set just right so your marijuana plants don’t get harmed. Ideally the room the marijuana plants are growing in should have the temperature set around 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit. Once you turn off the grow lamps the temperature in the grow room will change and will likely lower by around 10-15 degrees and still not damage your marijuana plants.

Limits

Make sure that the marijuana plants don’t sit in a room with the temperature going under 60 degrees Fahrenheit or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit even momentarily because it can slow down the growth. For a long period of time with your marijuana plants sitting in a room that’s too hot or cold it can cause permanent damage to your plants or even kill them.

Every different marijuana strain will have a different temperature which is perfect for it during the day and at night. As your marijuana plants are at the optimal temperature they will grow faster and more efficiently. Depending on where your marijuana strain originated from the temperature that it prefers will be different. Try to find out that information when you are buying marijuana seeds so you can make sure your dope plants grow as good as possible.
